Wisconsin vs Michigan (-11)

Wisconsin is right in the middle of what can only be described as a string of games against the Big Ten’s murderer’s row. The Badgers beat Michigan State but now they are taking on the better team from Michigan.

More from Big Ten News

The Badgers are really quite a confusing squad. On the one hand, they have taken down two Top 5 teams. On the other, the offense has looked mediocre at best in both games. Is Wisconsin’s defense really that good?

Is it possible the team has just managed to get lucky enough to play a couple of top ranked teams that simply didn’t deserve that ranking? I kind of think it is. I’m not sure Wisconsin makes this much of a game.

Here’s the really weird thing about this matchup. Thanks to some weird scheduling quirks since the Big Ten expanded, it’s been a long time since these two Big Ten teams squared off. In fact, the two haven’t played since 2010.

The Badgers have won the last two meetings, and they won them quite handily. Despite that two game winning streak, it shouldn’t come as a huge shock Michigan owns the series with a 49-14 record. One of the safest bets of Saturday might be that Michigan is going to get win number 50 in the series. And they’ll do it by a wide margin.
