Rutgers vs Ohio State (-38)

Ohio State has absolutely crushed every team is has played so far this season. That includes an Oklahoma team that was ranked in the top 15 and the two teams faced off in Norman.

More from Big Ten News

Rutgers has looked better than it did a year ago, but that’s not going to mean much when the team goes to Columbus to take on the Buckeyes. While part of the fun of Big Ten matchups is usually the history behind those matchups, that’s not the case for this game

That’s because Rutgers is one of the newest additions to the Big Ten. Because they are in the same division as Ohio State, the two teams have played each other every year and it hasn’t been pretty.

Ohio State is 2-0 against Rutgers but that’s not the bad news. The bad news is that when the Buckeyes win, they win big. Last year Urban Meyer’s crew won 49-7. The year before that, OSU won 56-17.

OSU might be better than they were a year ago, mainly because they’ve settled on a quarterback in JT Barrett. It’s possible that Rutgers gets some junk points, but expect this to be a blowout early and often.

Ohio State wins 63-7
