The transfer portal doesn't open until January 2. That hasn't stopped analysts from already guessing where Dylan Raiola will end up when he leaves Nebraska this winter. While there are plenty of programs where the quarterback would be a good fit, Oregon might not be one.

On the day that Raiola portal reports surfaced, there was at least one team that was predicted to be the perfect landing spot. There's also at least one school in Texas Tech that made it clear they were out on the Huskers' signal caller. On Wednesday, one Ducks analyst believes his school is not interested either.

On3 analyst Justin Hopkins responded to a post on X that claimed Louisville was a team where Dylan Raiola could end up. That post also said that Texas Tech was not expected to be in the hunt for the Nebraska player. Hopkins added, "neither is Oregon."

Conflicting analyst reports complicate Dylan Raiola’s Nebraska football exit

If true, it would be an interesting nugget considering that on the day Raiola made it known he would transfer, the Ducks were pegged as one possible landing spot. It was On3 that believed he might stay in the Big Ten.

That another analyst from the same organization believes Dan Lanning's squad would have no interest in the quarterback is newsworthy. Both analysts have likely been told by the school two different things.

Some of this might be shaped by Dante Moore's decision. He hasn't declared for the NFL Draft and won't until the Ducks' College Football Playoff run is over. If he decides to stay for another year, then obviously Oregon won't look to add Raiola, who wants to start wherever he goes.

However, Hopkins' comments indicate that even if Moore does leave, the Big Ten powerhouse would look elsewhere than that Nebraska quarterback. Who is correct on this should be settled shortly after January 2, with so much lead-up time until the portal officially opens, a deal might be in place minutes after.
