Nebraska football availabilty report ahead of Boston College is weirdly full

Nebraska football suddenly added every player that's been hurt this season to a list they weren't on before.

It appears that Nebraska football isn’t playing games when it comes to the players that are injured and unable to appear in the Pinstripe Bowl. For some reason, this morning’s availability report included a whopping 14 players.

What makes that strange is that nearly every player on the list has been unavailable for most of the season. And because of that no one believed they were really ready to play against Boston College

Of the 14 Nebraska football players listed as out, only Tristan Alvano could be considered a player whose status was up in the air. The rest are guys, like Teddy Prochazka, who have missed most or a large part of the season.

Nebraska football has most than a dozen players listed on availability report

It’s possible that the Huskers felt they needed to list everyone because it had been so long since they played a game. It’s also possible they just wanted to make sure that everyone knew exactly how many player they hoped would be impactful in 2024 that they’re missing.

Interestingly enough, players like Tommi Hill and Isaiah Neyor, players that are not playing today were not listed.

The players who were listed out are the following:

  • Demitrius Bell
  • Tristan Alvano
  • Barrett Liebentritt
  • Evan Taylor
  • Roger Gradney
  • Thomas D’Onofrio
  • Theodore Prochazka
  • Turner Corcoran
  • David Borchers
  • Tyler Knaak
  • Cooper Hausmann
  • Mac Markway
  • Joshua Lefotu
  • Conor Connealy

The Nebraska football team will have quite a few players ready to go and take on Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl.
