The Nebraska Cornhuskers baseball team isn't what it once was, and on Friday night, the school was reminded of that when a former great was inducted into the Kansas City Royals Hall of Fame

Alex Gordon was the latest addition to a storied group, and his ceremony showcased his family and friends and more than a few clips of what he accomplished during his career in the big leagues.

Gordon has been feted with praise and honors throughout his career. He is one of the best to ever play for the Royals and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He definitely earned the induction over the years.

Nebraska Cornhuskers closing in on another IOL commit in Hayden Ainsworth

June is expected to be a massive month for the Huskers, including a commitment from interior offensive lineman Hayden Ainsworth. The Biloxi, Mississippi, product was in Lincoln last weekend, and it looks like he liked what he saw.

Ainsworth announced he was shutting down his recruitment earlier this week, just before a visit to Liberty. He’s announcing in just a few days, and it’s expected that when he does make the announcement, it will be for the Huskers.

Dylan Raiola gets ranked sixth in latest quarterback rankings by Josh Pate

College football analyst Josh Pate put out his list of Big Ten conference quarterback rankings, and Nebraska signal caller Dylan Raiola has a reason to be annoyed. Pate ranked Raiola 6th on his list, behind some guys who haven’t played college ball.

Pate claimed he would “crowdsource” his rankings to see if other unnamed people agreed. Here’s hoping they set him straight. The Nebraska Cornhuskers quarterback is expected to be one of the best in the conference. It seems at the very least he should be in the Top 5.
