Could Matt Rhule and the Nebraska football team be about to land a two-for-one type of commitment from a pair of Florida prospects? There is at least a chance that he might have been teasing two when a Husker assistant coach teased a Florida-based commitment. Syracuse flip target Kamron Wilson is already predicted to be a Cornhusker, now it looks like Ryan Miret could be on the way as well.
Wilson received predictions on Sunday, one after another, that his commitment to NU was imminent. As the day went on, more and more recruiting analysts became confident that the edge rusher was headed to Lincoln. Wilson himself is now hinting he might bring Miret with him.
Kamron Wilson’s social tease fuels buzz that teammate Ryan Miret could join him in Nebraska’s 2026 class
The Nebraska football team hosted both targets in Lincoln for a camp this weekend, which was partly why the Huskers’ assistant coach seemed convinced they’d landed at least one commit. On Monday morning, Wilson took to social media with a heck of a tease, showing both he and Miret in Nebraska football gear, with the caption “my brudda” with Miret tagged.

Wilson is a 3-star EDGE out of Miami Southridge (Miami, FL) who committed to the Orange earlier this spring. However, he’s been looking for greener pastures. Miret is a high school teammate and interior lineman who has been looking hard at the Huskers for a while now.
There was even a hint that Miret might have been the Florida prospect that Philip Simpson was hinting at when he made his own social media post. The offensive lineman’s father responded to the X post with a picture of a recruiting update that featured both Wilson and Miret.
For now, the defender is simply showing some love to his teammate while hinting that the two might be headed to the Nebraska football program. However, if things become official, they might move quickly. Watching this space is the best bet.
