The Nebraska Cornhuskers are officially going to have their Volleyball Day and excitement over the event is at an all-time high.

It’s been a long wait, but Volleyball Day in Nebraska is finally here. All week, the university has been showing off its progress in getting Memorial Stadium ready for the most attended college volleyball event in history.

The excitement over the event has been growing for a while now, but now there’s an extra layer of excitement. It’s real; it’s here, and when taking the 80,000+ who are going and the who knows how many people who will be watching on TV, this is going to be an absolutely insane match.

The event officially tips off with an exhibition match between Kearney and Wayne State at 4:30 p.m. Then the Nebraska Cornhuskers will take on Omaha in the main event at 7 p.m. The match will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
