The Nebraska football team is getting some high profile visit in the coming week. One of those is a 4-star receiver among the best in the country.

The Nebraska football team has had a heck of a weekend. If everything goes right, the coming week could be pretty good as well.

4-star receiver Jameson Williams announced on his Twitter account he will be visiting the Huskers in the next week. Williams is taking a couple of unofficial visits in the short time between dead periods.

In addition to visiting Lincoln, the receiver announced he is also going to be checking out Oregon. The receiver’s announcement comes on the heels of not one, not two, but three additions to the roster this weekend.

Tre Neal, a defensive back from UCF announced he would be a grad transfer for the Huskers. They team also got a commit from JUCO defensive tackle Tony Fair.

On Saturday they secured the commit of the top prospect in Nebraska, Nick Henrich. As if that wasn’t good enough, it appears the Nebraska football team is going to be hosting some of its top remaining targets.

Logan Smothers recently announced he too would be making the trek to Lincoln. Former UCLA signee Bryan Addison is also looking towards the Cornhuskers.

Should the Huskers want to reel in Jameson Williams, they’ve still got quite a bit of work to do. The Missouri product is the second-ranked player in the state and the 24th best receiver in the entire class.

Back in June, he announced the five teams he’s still considering. In addition to the Cornhuskers, he’s still looking at Alabama, Ohio State, Oregon, and UCLA. That’s quite the murderer’s row of competition.

The Nebraska football does have the fact that Williams is coming in for a visit going for it. Scott Frost and company have been great salesmen when it comes to talking about what they want to do and how a particular player fits into the plans.
