Nebraska football using peer recruiting to target Colorado's top prospect
While the Nebraska football team is working on winning enough games to get back to a bowl game, Matt Rhule and company are also working hard to build for the future through recruiting. And sometimes the coaching staff is even using guys they've already hauled in to bring in more.
When it comes to the way that the Huskers are recruiting Camden Jensen, they're being shameless in trying to get the Colorado recruit to at least really consider the Cornhuskers. Three-star wide receiver Tanner Terch is one commit who is working hard to get his teammate to choose the Huskers.
“My teammate Tanner mentions it every once and a while,” four-star tight end Camden Jensen recently told HuskerMax. ”He’s all in on the Cornhuskers. I will be considering the Cornhuskers and others as I would like to commit before my senior season.”
Nebraska football found a way to get high on his list
“Florida, Nebraska, and Mizzou have been the schools that have stood out the most to me so far,” Jensen added. “Nebraska is very high on my board so far!”
The Heritage High tight end, who stands 6-foot-6 is the top player in the state of Colorad and according to 247Sports, he's the 11th ranked right end in the entire class.
The 2026 prospect has long ways to go until he can sign no the bottom line. However, it appears that the Nebraska football team has found a way to get a foot in the door for one of the best players in the 2026 class.
