If Amir Brown isn't the next Nebraska football recruiting win, then he's going to break a ton of Husker fans' hearts. There have been few players that aren't already committed to a program who have shown as much love to that program as the 4-star running back has shown to NU since Monday night.

Monday night is when the Cornhuskers scored a commitment from 4-star wide receiver Tay Ellis. The Texas wideout pulled the trigger after previously saying he was blown away during his visit to Lincoln for the USC Blackout game. Brown was there as well.

Amir Brown keeps teasing a Nebraska football commitment

Since Ellis gave his pledge to Nebraska, Amir Brown has been giving one hint after another that he's about to follow suit. First, there was his "sheesh, me next?" comment on Ellis's announcement post.

He followed that up with a post comparing himself to current Husker running back Emmett Johnson and captioned the post "up next!" And he just kept going.

Brown also reposted a prediction from Steve Wiltfong that the North Carolina running back would commit to NU. Wiltfong was one of five analysts who had all predicted Matt Rhule's squad would eventually win the recruiting wars for the talented back.

Amir Brown kept going on Tuesday morning. He started the day posting a picture of himself in a Nebraska football sweatshirt and took the picture to make sure that fans could see he was sporting the Big Red N. He captioned that one simply, "GBR" but the hints seem to be telling a story. It wouldn't be shocking to see an announcement come this week, if not Tuesday afternoon.
