The Nebraska football team is busy with spring practice and getting ready to see just how this team might shape up in the fall, but that doesn’t mean that head coach Matt Rhule doesn’t have time to have a little fun. And from the looks of it, the way he had fun was a massive hit with not only Husker fans but people all over the internet.
The fun in question? It was a play on something that Nebraska Volleyball star Harper Murray has been doing since she came to Lincoln. Murray loves to make TikTok videos with Husker coaches, though usually they are her own coaches. Shes’ done a ton with former coach John Cook and has started ramping up the production of videos with new Nebraska coach Dani Busboom Kelly.
However, Nebraska football coach Matt Rhule appearing in one of Murray’s videos seems to be a first. In the video Murray is dancing and laughing, and then the camera pans over to see Rhule doing some version of the pop and lock, before taking off his hat and throwing it against the wall. The video is captioned, “@CoachMattRhule I thought you didn’t like tik tok?!?”
Once the video hit, people all over social media weighed in. Most of the responses were very positive.

As goofy as the video was, and as cringey as some might find what the Nebraska football coach did, it's hard to oversell how important it is for Rhule to have done something like this, as his little dance goes all over the internet.
