Nebraska Cornhuskers football offensive lineman Henry Lutovsky is excited to get the 2025 season started, with the opener against the Cincinnati Bearcats a little more than a month away. The offensive lineman talked about his excitement for the upcoming season as he spoke at Big Ten media days last week.

Speaking at Big Ten Media Days last week, Lutovsky said that he can't wait to see how Nebraska fans take over Arrowhead Stadium in the season opener. While the game is technically a neutral-site game, it's expected to be heavily Husker-leaning, considering how much closer the home of the Kansas City Chiefs is to Nebraska than it is to the Bearcats' stomping grounds.

"I was in attendance for the AFC Championship Game, and that place was crazy. I can only imagine what it's gonna be like with our fans there," he said about the Nebraska Cornhuskers' season opener.

Nebraska Cornhuskers dealing with several injuries to open fall camp

After the first practice of the fall of Year 3 of the Matt Rhule regime, the Huskers head coach stepped to the mic and talked about the guys who aren't available to be full go just yet.

Freshmen Malcolm Simpson, Juju Marks and Jamarion Parker are still recovering from injuries from last year and are still not ready to go just yet. Tyson Terry is also coming back from a torn ACL he even wrestled with. Nolan Fennessy, Roger Gradney, and wide receiver Demetrius Bell are also still out for now.

Nebraska Cornhuskers quarterback Dylan Raiola on Maxwell Award Watch List

Nebraska Cornhuskers sophomore quarterback Dylan Raiola was recognized Monday morning, as he was named to the Maxwell Award Watch List. He's the only Husker on the list and obviously, he'll be a bit of a long shot. If he's able to actually win the award, he'd be just the second Nebraska player to win it. Mike Rozier was the first.
