The Nebraska football Early Signing Day 2023 tracker is officially here! The first signing day for Matt Rhule and company has finally arrived and it looks like it’s going to be a very big day.
The new Nebraska football staff has been behind the eight ball when it comes to recruiting thanks to only arrive after Black Friday. To their credit, the entire staff has been working incredibly hard to try and make signing day something that would help the program bounce back.
As is usually the case, there are some players who Nebraska football fans have known for a while were going to be “N.” However, there are expected to be at least a few surprises on who will sign.
The last couple of days have been quite the whirlwind for the Nebraska football team. Tuesday marked the fifth straight that the Huskers got at least one commit. The hope is that Matt Rhule and company will keep their mojo flowing on Wednesday.

Nebraska Football Early Signing Day 2023 Updates, Live Tracker
Dwight Bootle II ended up being the first player to sign with the Huskers officially. He did it early, too as it was just about 6:30am back in Lincoln when he sent in his paperwork. The Florida defensive back has been doing some peer recruiting. It seems like his work is one of the reasons Corey Collier decided to transfer from the Florida Gators.
Running back Kwinten Ives was the second signee. The running back is currently the only commit at his position in the class.
Nebraska kids are starting to wake up as Tristan Alvano is the newest kicker for the Nebraska football team.
Nebraska football is having a heck of a day so far, even if none of the “toss ups” have signed just yet.
First big surprise of the day is here for the Huskers.

Not exactly a flip but a massive win after Colorado made a late push for Malachi Coleman.
