Nebraska Cornhuskers star Trey Palmer is heading onto try the NFL. Now that we now he’s going pro, he’s got one more shot to show what he can do.
The Huskers receiver, who set the single-season record in yards this year, will play in the Senior Bowl. It will undoubtedly be interesting to see if he can shine there and really prove that he deserves to be at the next level.
There have been some who believe that he could be an early-round pick. The Nebraska Cornhuskers star will have some work to do to guarantee he goes that high.
On the other hand, Trey Palmer has managed to light up defenses all over the Big Ten when he had an actually healthy quarterback. It’s going to be fun watching him go up against other big-time players. It’s also nice to see the Nebraska Cornhuskers getting represented at the Senior Bowl.

Of course, at some point, there will come a time in the future when Nebraska Cornhuskers coaches might be politicking for a spot in the playoffs, especially when it goes to 12 teams.
