Nebraska football’s head coach thinks the team is on the way to being fixed

One of the most interesting developments from last night was the good mood Frost was in after the game. Clearly, he wasn’t happy about the loss, but he also wasn’t beside himself the way he was after the Purdue and Michigan losses.

Oddly enough, it appears at least some of that mood is because of the two players who transferred last week. Frost appears to believe that Tyjon LIndsey and Greg Bell departing means his approach is working.

The head coach was also clearly happy about the offense played for the most part. He liked that while there were still penalties, there weren’t the kind of penalties that we’ve seen the last two weeks.

Frost and company have spent the last 14-21 days talking about how players needed to get on board or get out of the way. It’s clear he thinks the players that are still on the team are on board.

We’ll have to see if the Nebraska football team is really on its way to getting fixed in the next couple of weeks.
