7. Purdue

Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

Let’s go through what Purdue has going for it in 2014. The helmets are cool with the railroad track stripes and parts of the stadium have neat designsthat’s all I’ve got.

Only four teams scored less than the Boilermakers last season. Considering that same talent returns, Obi-Wan Kenobi isn’t showing up to save Purdue. They’ll split the opening games against Western Michigan and Central Michigan and ain’t no way the Boilermakers are knocking off Notre Dame.

Southern Illinois should be a win, but then comes Tank City as Purdue wins none, zero, zilch of its conference games.

Hopefully the brass goes easy on second-year head coach Darrell Hazell who, let’s be honest, walked into a dumpster fire.

Final Record: 2-10 (0-8)
