Nebraska Cornhuskers who had the most memorable NFL careers
No. 4: Ndamukong Suh
One of the most physically dominant defensive linemen in college football history, Ndamukong Suh also had one of the best NFL careers of any Cornhusker. He was the No. 2 overall draft pick in 2010 by the Detroit Lions and since then, he's also played for the Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Philadelphia Eagles.
Suh made an immediate splash earning NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year honors. That year, he was also a first-team All-Pro, one of three times in his career he's earned that recognition. What's more, he's a two-time second-team All-Pro. A five-time Pro Bowl selection, Suh was named to the 2010s NFL All-Decade team.
For his career, he's racked up 600 tackles and 71.5 sacks. That includes five years with 50 or more tackles, a high number for a defensive lineman.
Unfortunately, there were also a number of incidents in which Suh was involved in what many deemed to be dirty plays. That hurt his perception around the league and among fans.
However, there's no denying how good he was as a player. That's why he's high on the list of the best NFL careers by a Nebraska football alum.
