Kegs, Eggs & Football: Nebraska fans need this shirt
If it were up to Nebraska football head coach Matt Rhule, the team would be playing a 9AM.
"Kegs, eggs and football. Let's go,' Rhule said at Monday's presser.
I can't help but think that Nebraska students would absolutely embrace that idea from coach. I'm 1000% sure of it. And you know what? There might not be a better home field advantage in college football than a 9AM kickoff.
Now imagine some poor team warming up in Lincoln at 8AM, with the chilly Autumn air bristling them. The sun's been up for just an hour. And yet, the tailgate lot is a certified madhouse.
Considering I had never thought about the possibility of a college football game kicking off that early until about an hour ago, I'm surprised to be sold on it this quickly.
