Is Dylan Raiola still not getting enough press heading into his sophomore season? The Nebraska football star quarterback seems to get plenty of mention, but it is also taken for granted. Maybe that will stop now that he’s headed to the Manning Passing Academy this summer.

The Manning Passing Academy has been operating for almost 30 years. While it’s best known for training quarterbacks, the camp also works with running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends on the fundamentals of each position and basic offensive and defensive strategies.

The Nebraska football gunslinger is joined this year by a who’s who of top college quarterbacks including Arizona State's Sam Leavitt, Clemson's Cade Klubnik, Georgia's Gunner Stockton, Illinois' Luke Altmyer, Kansas' Jalon Daniels, Kansas State's Avery Johnson, Iowa's Mark Gronowski, LSU's Garrett Nussmeier, Missouri's Beau Pribula, Oklahoma's John Mateer, Penn State's Drew Allar, Texas's Arch Manning, and Texas A&M's Marcell Reed.

Last season, Raiola started all 13 games for the Huskers, leading them to their first bowl game since 2016. He threw for 2,819 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions, finishing with a 129.9 quarterback rating. He did show some serious improvement towards the end of the season when the Huskers changed offensive coordinators.

Under new OC Dana Holgorsen, Raiola completed almost 73% of his passes in his final three games of the 2024 campaign. Now he’ll look to take the next step for the Nebraska football program. The Manning Passing Academy runs from June 26-29 at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
