With the way things are looking in the fourth quarter of the Iowa vs. Nebraska game, it is hard to think the Cornhuskers will be able to mount a comeback against the Hawkeyes. It is looking like it will be yet another loss in this bitter rivalry as head coach Matt Rhule has yet to bring down the Hawkeyes in his time in Lincoln.
While this one looks to be going down as a loss in the books, Rhule could still have a win under his belt on Friday with one surprise when it comes to recruiting. Of course, Nebraska is still welcoming recruits to games this late in the season, especially with the Early Signing Period just around the corner.
The Cornhuskers have a few already Nebraska commits in the stadium on Friday, but there is one surprise recruit there who is committed elsewhere, but did show interest in the Cornhuskers early when making his decision.

Nebraska commit, four-star cornerback Danny Odem, is in Lincoln this weekend, and he brought an interesting guest with him. Oregon commit, four-star safety Devin Jackson is with Odem, and Jackson committed to the Ducks back in January, but he was between Oregon and Nebraska at the time.
Jackson's visit could hint that he is considering flipping from the Ducks to the Cornhuskers, and it comes at an interesting time, so close to the Early Signing Period. Jackson is the No. 63 player in the Class of 2026, the No. 6 safety in the class, and the No. 6 player in the state of Florida, according to 247Sports Composite.
This would be a huge win for Nebraska, especially on the defensive side of the ball, probably the side that has struggled the most this season. The Orlando native could choose to flip his commitment at any point before the Early Signing Period, and if Rhule makes a good impression on him today, he could leave Lincoln as a new future Cornhusker.
