One of the best, or I guess you could say, "coldest" names in college football has hit the transfer portal yet again.

Decoldest Crawford, a former Nebraska wide receiver, who left the Cornhuskers football program in 2023 for the transfer portal, is on the transfer portal yet again after spending one season at Louisiana Tech.

When at Nebraska, Crawford suffered an injury during fall camp that left him out for the entire 2022 season. He then chose to transfer to Louisiana Tech for the 2023 season where he totaled just 17 receiving yards on just two catches. There are no stats listed for Crawford for the 2024 season and now he is in the transfer portal yet again.

Crawford became famous for his legendary first name in college football and also for making a commercial with SOS Heating and Cooling, an HVAC company in the Lincoln, Nebraska area, using his name as a pun for cold air.

It truly is a great name for any sort of athlete, especially after a big catch if he wants to do the "ice in my veins" celebration. However, after two seasons just two catches for 17 yards and no stats for the 2024 season, it is hard to say where Crawford might end up next. Some predict he could end up at Grambling State with old Nebraska coach Mickey Joseph.

Even if he isn't on the field next season, he will still always be remembered for his name and certainly for the commercial, he made while at Nebraska.
