Nebraska football had several good plays this year.

It is safe to say that 2020 was a wild year in more ways than one. For starters, we did not even know if there would be a college football season. Thanks to the work of many, there was one.

Although the results did not turn out the way Nebraska football had hoped on the field, there were still some plays that really defined the season. In what was a difficult year on the field as well, these moments really kind of offered a bright light at a time when the program struggled to get the job done against the competition. There were some really good things that happened this year despite it all, and this post is celebrating some of the plays that really made a difference for Nebraska football.

I’ll admit, I’m an offensive guy and don’t really pay attention to the defense too much. This year, Nebraska’s defense had me sitting on the edge of my seat. They played hard and they never gave up, and that was a far cry from last year. Props must be given to the coaching staff, specifically Erik Chinander.

With that in mind, I take a look at the five best plays of the Nebraska football 2020 season.
