This Nebraska football game sure to be a good one

The Nebraska football-Iowa game is a go. The game will be played on Friday, November 27 in Iowa City. There is no kickoff time, but we do know that the game will be televised by Fox or FS1.

This is great news. A Black Friday matchup between these two teams is something that has been going on for quite a while. This will be the 10th straight season that these two programs have met on Black Friday. This will be the 31st straight season Nebraska has played on Black Friday.

More from Husker Corner

This should turn out to be a good game. Although Iowa has lost some talent over this past year, you know they’re going to be ready. Nico Ragaini and Imhir Smith -Marsette that are two players that Iowa has that could be considered weapons. They are prolific wide receivers, and they should present a challenge to the Huskers.

Nebraska football has a couple of players in their own right that can be considered prolific. Wan’Dale Robinson is certainly one of them, and Adrian Martinez looks to lead Nebraska to success this year. There are so many storylines that can go along with this game, and I can’t wait to see it all unfold. The fact that there will be football look forward to after Thanksgiving is certainly a positive.

I’ll be interested to see what other schedule announcements come out. There are obviously going to be announcements about times and television broadcasting, and I look forward to that. I’m looking forward to being able to live-tweet games and usual football game day stuff.

Hopefully, Nebraska football can get revenge from last year. We all know last year’s game was a heartbreaker, and that’s all I’ll say about that.

I truly believe that they are more prepared to play this year and playing this year will mean that much more, given all that has transpired over the past couple of months. There is no doubt that Iowa will be ready as well. Rivalry games are always fun, and these two teams will be ready to battle.
