Joseph is making an impact for Nebraska football already.

As one of Nebraska football’s prized recruits, Nadab Joseph should figure to be a huge part of the Nebraska football program. So far, it sounds like he is fitting in with the team.

When you look at what Joseph brings to the table, he is the ultimate addition to a secondary that has been lacking that over the past couple of seasons. Now, it’s all about learning the Nebraska football playbook and being on the same page as the coaches. So far, it sounds like things are going well.

When you look at what he can bring to the table for Nebraska football, he is the x-factor that the secondary has been missing. He can hit hard, he is  rangy, and he has eyes for interceptions.  As soon as the quarterback makes a throw, he follows the ball and is able to make a play. He is exactly what Nebraska football needs to survive in the Big Ten defensively.

I am thrilled to see him come here, and I think he can be a game changer for Nebraska football defensively. He has the makeup and the size to be a feared player. Quarterbacks will certainly not want to throw his way. The fact that he is on campus and practicing is a bit of a relief, as it officially means that he is ready to go in Lincoln. He is a player that will be able to make an impact as soon as he steps on the field, and his ability to take away one side of the field may come in handy.

With all of that being a little while away, coach Travis Fisher likes what he sees so far from Joseph.

"“He’s with us. He’s doing great,” Fisher said during a Zoom call with reporters Tuesday. “He’s following. He jumped right in the pot with the rest of the guys. That relationship is going good. Obviously he’s working, trying to catch up on things, with very little time being here.”"

This is awesome to hear, especially when talking about a player who can make an instant impact. It seems like there has been a comraderie with the secondary throughout the entire offseason and it may be the reason why Joseph is filling in so seamlessly.

I’m excited to see him on the field in a Nebraska football uniform. I was extremely excited when he came to Lincoln, and I think he will be able to make the defense a top unit in the future.
