These three players could really break out this spring for Nebraska Football.
As spring ball rages on, we are now beginning to see who can make an impact for Nebraska Football not only for the rest of spring ball, but possibly into preseason camp and in the fall. There are a lot of positional slots to be filled and many athletes who have tremendous talent, but may be still raw in their skill sets and abilities. Once they put it altogether, they should be able to make a tremendous impact for Nebraska Football. It’s part of the fun of spring ball. Programs get to see which players emerge as coaches hope that their recruiting prowess has paid off.
For this particular slideshow, I will be focusing a lot on the offense since I believe there are plenty of playmakers on that side of the football. Defense, although there are some question marks, appears to be in a solid position with many junior and senior playmakers leading the way. The Nebraska Football offense will have to focus on integrating new faces into the system. Luckily, the newcomers, particularly the wide receivers, will have Adrian Martinez to work with. Although a sophomore himself, he has shown tremendous potential and has shown no signs of regressing to this point. That is a great sign moving forward as it offers stability for the Nebraska Football program at a position where it is so hard to find.
Here are three players who could breakout this spring and become a huge part of the team moving forward. I would keep an eye on these guys during the Spring Game on Saturday.
