Nebraska Basketball will need to do these things in order to make a deep run.

With regular season play coming to an end, the Big Ten Tournament starts Wednesday. Despite the ups and downs they have had this season, Nebraska Basketball figures to be in the mix in this tournament. After all,  it’s the Big Ten, which means anyone can win on any given night. Riding high following their huge overtime win against Iowa on Sunday, they are in the perfect situation. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Nevertheless, it is safe to say they are playing the role of the underdog.

When playing their best basketball, Nebraska basketball is firing on all cylinders. Led by main scorer James Palmer, the Huskers can beat you by playing a complete game. When playing their best basketball, they have a ton of heart and hustle. It will be exciting to see what they can do this week as they look to turn heads not only in the Big Ten but around college basketball.

In order to do that, they need several things to happen. Without further ado, we break down three important things that they need to do if they want to make noise in the Big Ten tournament. Although some of them may seem far-fetched Nebraska basketball can make these things happen. They just need to play to their potential.
