Nebraska Football: 3 things we have learned from Huskers spring ball
Wandale Robinson lights things up early
One of the things Nebraska football fans have been the most curious about heading into spring practices is the play of incoming freshman Wandale Robinson, a four-star recruit that was one of the prominent recruits from the 2019 class.
Well, early on, it appears that Robinson has not disappointed. According to Frost, Robinson is going to spend most of his time at wide receiver and that appears to be the case so far through the first couple of practices.
That is one bit of information. Another is that Robinson is impressing Nebraska defenders with his speed, which isnât a surprise if you have seen his highlights.
While there were no media reports about the first practices, outside of a few photos, Nebraska defensive end Daishon Neal took to Twitter after the first day of spring ball to report how fast the freshman playmaker is and that had to be welcome news for Husker fans who are chomping at the bit to see Robinson on the field.
