Houston will have a shot at wide receiver

Houston decided to come to Nebraska today as the Huskers beat out Texas for his services and it was a good set. The 6-foot Houston is dynamic playmaker that is blazing fast and with the loss of Stanley Morgan Jr., Nebraska needed some other options outside at receiver.

All in all, Nebraska actually did really well when it comes to receivers in 2019, which should be a scary thing for the rest of the Big Ten because head coach Scott Frost and quarterback Adrian Martinez are going to have ample targets in the passing game.

Along with Robinson and Houston, the Huskers also added Jaime Nance and Darien Chase among others. Rahmir Johnson is another athlete like Robinson that came to Nebraska as a running back but could play somewhere else.

With all the incoming prospects, no one is guaranteed anything. Houston is the highest rated recruit but that doesn’t mean anything. However, with the opening available and he and the other freshmen should have ample opportunity to contribute right away.
