Nebraska football added a key commitment Wednesday and now that the Huskers 2019 recruiting class is complete, here are the top five impact players.

National signing day used to be one of the biggest days in college football all year. However, with the early signing period, it’s not anymore and Nebraska football can attest to that after getting just one extra commitment.

Of course, the commitment the Huskers did get was nothing to scoff at as Nebraska football was able to land four-star wide receiver Demariyon Houston today.

While Houston was a nice get for Nebraska and added to a pretty nice group of skill position players overall, the Huskers have also missed out on some other big-name recruits recently, which is why getting Houston felt so good.

Prior to that, Nebraska has missed out on guys like Dylan Jordan, Steven Parker and Charles Njoku among others, so getting Houston to commit was key, also because there is a chance he could play a role for the Huskers in 2019, with depth at wide receiver a little thin.

At this point, it looks like, outside of graduate transfers, Houston is going to be the last player in this class for Nebraska football and with that in mind, here is a look at five guys capable of making an immediate impact for the Huskers next season. Just as a note these players aren’t listed in any particular order.
