What the latest with Demariyon Houston?

With the departure of Stanely Morgan Jr. the Huskers are going to have a hole to fill at wide receiver and while there are certainly some talented in-house candidates and some other incoming freshman that appear promising, landing another four-star at the position wouldn’t hurt either.

For a brief time, it looked like Charles Njoku was going to be that guy for Nebraska football but Chip Kelly and UCLA nabbed a commitment from him late. Even before that, Scott Frost and the Huskers must have sensed the tide had shifted because they started going harder after Houston, a former Texas commit.

The 6-foot Houston, who is the No. 48 wide receiver in the 247 composite rankings has taken official visits to Nebraska, Minnesota and Colorado since de-committing from Texas.

Right now, the Huskers hold the majority of his crystal ball predictions from 247 sports and it seems like there is some momentum there. However, Colorado got the last visit and you never know what that can mean.
