Nebraska is going to get an influx of talent

When it comes to recruiting, Frost is making a huge difference. Last season, the Huskers had the eighth-best recruiting class in the Big Ten, which was understandable after the coaching change.

Yet, in the past few weeks, Frost and his staff have really been putting on the full-court press, trying to add to a class that already ranks 22nd nationally and fourth in the Big Ten behind Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State.

More importantly, the Huskers also lead all the teams in the Big Ten West. Nebraska has 22 total commits and four of those guys are 5-stars. Nebraska also just added a former 4-star defensive tackle as a graduate transfer. The Huskers are also targeting some JUCOs that could help the defense right away. At the very least, they would add some depth and competition.

Kids want to play in an exciting offense as Frost runs and it’s starting to show. Nebraska is getting players from all over and while it may not make a tremendous impact next season, the Huskers know they have some immediate needs and they are doing their best to fill them.
