The Nebraska football team has had two practices without Adrian Martinez. That and other kernels in this morning’s Go Big Read.

A work conference for my day job has me writing this from inside the enemy territory of Colorado. Irony of ironies considering the Buffaloes is the team that changed the feel of this Nebraska football season.

The Huskers went another day where Adrian Martinez didn’t really come close to practicing on that bad knee. While head coach Scott Frost keeps talking about other ways the quarterback can prepare for the game, Husker fans hold their breaths and hope he returns to the practice field soon.
