The Nebraska football team has its own Honey Badger according to Travis Fisher and other kernels in this morning’s Go Big Read.

If the Nebraska football team is going to find success this season, it will do it with a ton of help from its secondary. Defensive backs coach Travis Fisher recently talked about his charges and made it clear he believes there is one that stands out from the pack.

Antonio Reed has suffered through a ton of injuries in his career but he had a solid 2017. Fisher believes he might be ready for a breakout.

Fisher compared Antonio Reed to the “Honey Badger.” Tyrann Mathieu, the original Honey Badger played for LSU and was so good on defense that he was a Heisman trophy finalist.
