Nebraska football offers lightning quick running back from Florida
The Nebraska football team underlined its desire for speed, speed and more speed.
There is very little doubt that the Nebraska football team’s coaches are Top Gun fans. Much like Maverick and Goose, the Huskers’ staff has a need … a need for speed.
The staff has made it very clear that it believes one of the ways it’s going to turn around a Cornhuskers team that was 4-8 last year is by stockpiling all the fast players it possibly can.
It doesn’t matter the position, or if they already have bodies at that slot. The Huskers are looking for as many blazing fast players as possible.
That was underlined on Thursday night when Scott Frost and company offered blazing fast running back Jouvensly Bazile. Unsurprisingly, the newest prospect is from one of those states the new staff has been hitting hard and know a thing or two about.

Bazile is a relatively under the radar 3-star prospect, despite being in the heart of Florida. Considering he’s posted a 4.41 40-yard dash and a 10.7 100 meters time, it doesn’t seem as though he’s going to be under the radar all that long.
While Bazile is indeed a bit under the radar, he is indeed getting attention from some good schools as he’s also got offers from North Carolina and Southern Mississippi.
The Nebraska football team is only the third FBS school to offer the running back, but it seems likely he’s going to see even more attention as the year goes on. In that regard, it’s a big time plus that the Cornhuskers have already gotten their foot in the door.
