The Nebraska football team is continuing to go after talented wide receivers in the 2019 class. Garrett Wilson is the latest target with an offer.

The Nebraska football team offered yet another top of the line receiver in the 2019 class. Garrett Wilson is among the best players in the class and would be a big get for the Cornhuskers.

Already rated as a 4-star receiver by Rivals, Wilson is getting offers from some of the best teams in the country. Out of Austin, Texas, Wilson is the 14th best player in the state.

Wilson has also been rated as the 18th best receiver in the entire 2019 class. He’s also moving up the ladder and has been currently rated as the 112th player in the class, at any position.

The Huskers have been aiming high in the days following National Signing Day. It appears the coaches are looking to take advantage of positive momentum.

More from Nebraska Football

On the same day that Wilson got the offer, the Cornhuskers also offered a 4-star Florida receiver in Frank Ladson Jr. The chances that Nebraska is going to be landing both of them are slim and none.

What is clear is that the Huskers believe that they can get the best of the best. The offense was able to be the best in the country without this level of talent when it was used at Central Florida.

Excitement is surrounding the program these days. Players are going to want to line up and get on board. At the same time, reeling in someone like Garrett Wilson will mean beating out schools like Alabama. That’s going to be a tall order for the Nebraska football team no matter how good the next few months go.
