Nebraska football: 2019 class offers grow with Texas wide receiver
The Nebraska football team offered yet another 2019 receiver in the form of Langston Anderson.
As the Nebraska football team continues to move towards the finish line for the 2018 recruiting class, it’s begun working hard on the 2019 class.
The receiver is a position that the team has made a priority this year. The team has also apparently made it a priority for the 2019 class as well.
Langston Anderson is just the latest receiver to get himself an offer from Scott Frost and company. Anderson is already one of the more sought-after receivers in SEC country.

Now Anderson is sought after in Big Ten country as well. It’s not a particularly big secret why Anderson is a Huskers target.
Weighing in at 6’2 and 186 pounds, Anderson also shows there is certainly a type of receiver Frost is sweet on. The Cornhuskers are looking to get as many tall, fast receivers as they possibly can.

So far the three-star recruit (according to Rivals) hasn’t gotten much attention other than the smaller Texas schools. There is still at least one Power 5 from that area interested in the receiver.
The Huskers are the first Power 5 team from the Big Ten to give Anderson an offer. SMU, Baylor, Houston, Texas-San Antonio and Ole Miss have all stepped forward and gotten their foot in the door.
Now that the Huskers have offered, it seems likely we’re going to see more teams get in on the athlete. Houston and the Nebraska football team are the two latest teams to dish out an offer but it seems as though Langston Anderson is going to be racking them up in the very near future.
