The Nebraska football team now knows when Ta’Zhawn Henry is going to be coming to Lincoln. The running back announced his visit date on Tuesday.

Ta’Zhawn Henry is going to be a busy running back in the next few weeks. The Houston based target announced on Tuesday when he’ll be visiting the Nebraska football team.

On Monday night, Henry had announced two other official visit dates to Texas Tech and Oregon State. The fact that he had the Huskers date announced last had a few Nebraska fans a bit nervous.

Henry is set to visit Lincoln on February 2. He’s also set an official to Texas Tech on the weekend of January 26. He’s visiting Oregon State this weekend.

Announced as one of his favorites right after the new year, the Huskers have made big inroads in a short period of time. It doesn’t appear Henry was really on Nebraska’s radar until Scott Frost and company arrived.

The running back received an official scholarship offer right around Christmas. Since then, things have moved rather fast for both sides.

Henry has no shortage of offers from Power 5 schools. Baylor, TCU, Colorado, Utah and Iowa State have all offered and appear to have fallen by the wayside.

Running back is one position where the Cornhuskers are relatively strong heading into 2018. Tre Bryant, Devine Ozigbo, and Mikale Wilbon are all expected back.

JUCO stud Greg Bell is coming in as well thanks to the early signing period. Despite all of this, Frost and company are still looking to have a nice stable of backs.

Four-star back Jashuan Corbin has also recently got an offer and is expected to be visiting at the same weekend as Henry.

The big question now is whether the Nebraska football team is looking to take Ta’Zhawn Henry and Corbin or whether it will come down to who pulls the trigger first.
