Nebraska football coaches pay visits to several top targets
Andre Hunt was visited by Nebraska football wide receivers’ coach Troy Walters.
Wide receiver Andre Hunt got a visit from Nebraska football wide receivers’ coach Troy Walters. Walters went to the Pennsylvania home of Hunt knowing that he’s going to be taking some official visits in the coming weeks.
Hunt has a ton of power five teams after him. In addition to the Huskers, the Oregon State Beavers and the San Diego State Aztecs appear to be the top teams.
The three-star receiver, according to Rivals has three official visits planned out in the next four weeks. This weekend, he’ll be headed to see San Diego State.
The week after that, he heads to Corvallis to see the Beavers and more than a few former Cornhusker coaches. Hunt will then be coming to Lincoln on February 2.

It’s likely good news that the Huskers get the last visit. Hunt appears to be getting recruited hard by his top schools.
Considering the impression the Cornhusker coaches have made when they have hosted players, getting the last visit before signing day likely gives them a good chance with Hunt.
Looking at the schools that are in the hunt on this wide receiver, it seems as though Nebraska football getting the commitment from Andre Hunt would be a pretty big get. Despite being in Pennsylvania he looks like he’s a west coast lean.
