Saturday’s Spring Game will be the only Husker Football available to scratch our collective itch for the 2017 season for a few months. At Husker Corner and Eight Laces, we want to take full advantage.

Here at the Corner, we pride ourselves in our fantasy football supremacy.

With months to go until any real butt whooping takes place inside the daily fantasy realm, we found a way to get a little action during the spring.

So, when the idea was brought to the table to throw down over the Husker Spring Game by Brandon Cavanaugh at Eight Laces, the competitive juices on both sides made it a reality. Enter the Grudge Match of the Century.

The stakes are for bragging rights between Husker sites, but the real winners are our followers. The winning site will receive two tickets to the Nebraska football opener versus Arkansas State.

The Draft

Each site will snake draft 10 players: 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, and 4 defensive players

We let Eight Laces pick first as an act of good sportsmanship.

Also they’ll need all the help they can get.
