3. Prince Amukamara

Prince Amukamara was a first round draft pick for the New York Giants back in 2007 so he’s also the veteran on the list. Why is this former stud Nebraska Cornhusker still on the list of players poised to breakout?

Prince has had quite a few injury problems in his career but when he’s been able to stay healthy, such as in 2013 he’s put up some pretty impressive numbers. That year he played in all 16 games and logged 85 tackles and one pick and two forced fumbles and 14 passes defensed.

The next year injuries allowed him to play in just eight games and still had a career high three interceptions. Last year was his final year for the Giants and he was banged up yet again.
