4. Kenny Bell

Kenny Bell might be the player most poised and simultaneously most in need of a breakout season. Injuries and being buried on the depth chart hampered the ability for the Nebraska Cornhusker to show his stuff in the NFL last year.

Following his rookie year, it appears the Tampa Bay Bucs are looking for ways to use Bell and he’s getting some serious looks in the OTAs to work as the team’s kick returner. If he can grab that position he could show just how good he can be and turn into a real weapon for his team.
