5. Randy Gregory

Gregory, drafted in the second round of last year’s draft by the Dallas Cowboys has had trouble getting his career off the ground. While he did end up playing in 12 games last year, he recorded just 11 total tackles and didn’t get a sack.

This former Nebraska Cornhusker has had a problem with marijuana use since he was still playing at Nebraska and multiple failed drug tests has found him suspended for the first four games of this season. Neither Randy Gregory nor the Dallas Cowboys seem willing to allow his off field problems to derail his 2016 season.

The Cowboys are incredibly thin on the defensive line and because of this, the team is reportedly still having him practice against the first team. It’s been said this is so he’ll be able to step right in once finishes his suspension.

The team seems pretty excited about what Gregory can do this year and we’re pretty excited as well.
