De'Mornay Pierson-El

4. De’Mornay Pierson-El – WR/PR: De’Mornay Pierson-El will have to take the reins with an injured Alonzo Moore. Last week, he wasn’t able to make many plays as the Huskers dropped many passes.

So far, Pierson-El has 11 catches for 99 yards, and one touchdown. His big play ability could make it easier for Ryker Fyfe. Pierson-El can change the game with a single punt return. The Huskers will need something magical on this Halloween afternoon. If he can help the Huskers score easy points, the offense will be able to relax and play a comfortable brand of football.

It seems like the receivers press too much when things aren’t going well early. Pierson-El can give the Huskers breathing room. In addition, it would help the defense out in the long run.

The defense has come up with many stops early in games. However, the offense has not been able to take advantage of key situations. Therefore, a special Pierson-El during special teams play could give the Huskers a much-needed victory.
