Questions of the Day…. a light-hearted look at things
By Kelli Anne
Questions I still have…..I took the day off from watching the Pros play football. Just wasn’t up to it, ya know. But after a quiet day of reflection, a lot of laundry, running errands and cleaning house, I still have some lingering questions. Perhaps some of them will make you smile or at the very least…get you thinking.
Why do I still have a Husker hangover on Monday?
When are they going to fire Brady Hoke? Why do colleges fire coaches in the middle of the season?
Are they really going to schedule an FXFL championship game? Why haven’t we heard any updates?
Why doesn’t Dunkin Donuts deliver?
Why didn’t they try putting in Ryker Fyfe to give Tommy Armstrong, Jr. a chance to perhaps gather himself?
How badly is Randy Gregory hurt? Is it really him on the twitter account with his name?
How many trunks does the Husker Football equipment staff load into that really cool 18-wheeler for away games?
How do I get a trunk like that for my shoes?
How badly is Ameer Abdullah hurt? Would it be prudent to keep him out until the bowl game so he has a better shot at a good draft?
Who are your friends that love to rub in a Husker loss? Why are you still friends with them?
Who are your friends that although they hate the Huskers, feel for you after a loss? Why don’t you invite them over for dinner?
Why can’t we put the “N” on the white pants like Miss State puts their logo on their white pants? How come Adidas gives them all the cool logo stuff?
Why does basketball season have to start so early and end so late? Why can’t it be limited to 4 months?
