Big Ten Football’s Best Running Backs

Mark Weisman – Iowa

Mark Weisman is a veteran bruiser, but he doesn’t get a ton of yards primarily because he has a stable of quality backs behind them.
He has yet to pass the century mark this season, but he has a nose for the end zone like few other backs in college football.
Wiesman has scored two or more touchdowns in five straight games so far in 2014.
To give you an idea of just how valuable he is to the Iowa offense, he’s responsible for 45 percent of the Hawkeyes’ 251 total points this year.
