5. Wisconsin (4)

Last Week: Idle

Wisconsin took this past week off to hopefully fix some of their offensive stuggles.

Apparently, there’s not one man on the Badgers’ roster that can pass the ball efficiently as Tanner McEvoy has proven incapable and Joel Stave is still struggling with a case of the “yips”.

Winning with a one dimensional offense will be difficult, even with a soft schedule.

Whats worse is the Badgers’ running game hasn’t been on par with past performances.

Notice a name missing from all the Big Ten Player of the Year discussions that was all the rage?

Preseason sensation Melvin Gordon has gotten off to a bad start and his last performance was no better (17 carries for 38 yards). He’d best step up to stay on the radar.

Wisconsin faces a somewhat dangerous Bowling Green team on Saturday. The Falcons upended conference brethren Indiana this past weekend.

This Week: Bowling Green (Sept. 20- 11 a.m. on ESPN2)

My Prediction: Wisconsin 21-13
