Husker Football: Unit Power Rankings After Fall Camp
Special Teams
Both coaches and players know how bad the punt return unit was last season and they’ve been dedicated to improving it.
Many important players, including Ameer Abduallah and Kenny Bell, have said they will do whatever they can to help.
That group may have the most eyes on it when taking the field against Florida Atlantic.

Another position under the microscope is at kicker after Mauro Bondi struggled in the Red-White Spring Game.
True freshman kicker Drew Brown struggled early in camp, but finished up strong and pushed Bondi to improve.
Husker fans will still have to wait and see how these guys perform when it counts.
Punter Sam Foltz showed off his strong leg on more than one occasion this summer.
If his reliability when it comes to flipping the field continues to improve, he will be a major asset.
The biggest question mark left is who will be long snapping and if they can be consistent.
The last thing this team needs is bobbled punt or kick attempts.
