Still topping the charts are James Franklin’s Nittany Lions.

Last month didn’t exactly see commits come pouring in, but PSU did gain the services of defensive tackle Adam McLean (No. 13 overall) and defensive end Jonathan Holland.

At this rate, Franklin looks to sign a top five class during his first year at the helm of his new program. The bigger question is how much will the issues still looming at Vanderbilt affect him and his staff down the line?
