The Lions had the opportunity to take Prince Amukamara when he was actually on the board, but it wasn’t meant to be. This time, they make good on their desire for a cornerback.

Much like the New England Patriots, they’re willing to overlook Dennard’s past and give him a fresh start.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the Lions’ secondary has been as rancid as mayo that’s been sitting out in the sun for a week.
