Jack Hoffman’s no stranger to anyone who follows Husker football. In fact, he’s an inspiration to some.
He’ll shortly begin his next stage of chemotherapy as his cancer, previously in remission, has grown. This meant another tough road ahead for the eight-year-old.
With that in mind, Bo Pelini and the entire Nebraska football team took the time following practice to put together a special video for Jack and his family.
If you’d like to send messages of your own, you can do so at the CaringBridge page set up by Hoffman’s family. Updates often come via that page as well, so it’s definitely worth a bookmark.
It’s not just Nebraska fans that have seen Hoffman fight through his tough battles with resiliency and humility. His touchdown run in the 2013 Red-White Spring Game has been seen 8,547,842 times on YouTube and became an international sensation shortly after it happened.
If you’d care to create your own video shout outs to Jack, feel free to send the links our way at huskercornercontact at gmail dot com, and we’ll feature them as they come in.
